Sale Items

All sale items are final—no refunds or returns on discounted pieces.

Sizing

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for size issues. To help you get it right, we include size charts, model details, and fit notes on every product page.

Damaged Orders

If something shows up damaged, that’s on us. Send us an email with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours, and we’ll set up a refund or replacement.

Return Window

You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Anything sent back after that won’t be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • Original tags and packaging need to be included

  • Shipping costs can’t be refunded

  • Anything that doesn’t meet these rules will be sent back to you

Return Shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility. Costs will depend on your location and the carrier you choose.
